1964 PennYan 23 foot Utility.
Inboard/outboard 6 cylinder GM block with Mercury Marine I/O 165HP.
8 page survey performed by a 25+year boat restorer of wooden boats.

Approximately $15000 spent by owner to Delavan Lake Boat Shed, a business which specializes in boat restoration for the last 40 years. over the winter of 2016.The work was primarily all mechanical in nature after assessing the overall condition of the boat.
A multiple page report can be provided as to what was done mechanically to the boat while in their shop.
The boat was purchased in Florida in 2015 from a boat restoration company who had moved their operation from New England to the Tampa Bay area.
The Penn Yan was put on a new Boston Whaler/Karavan tandem axle trailer with brakes and towed 1400 miles to Delavan WI.
The boat was used several times on Pewaukee Lake the summers of 2016 and 2017.
The boat was then put in covered storage and the hull and topside and all brite work was restored with the exception of the transom.
The engine has not been operated since fall of 2017.
It was winterized,fogged and the gas tank emptied.The hull should have one more coat of Petit poly Fighting Lady Yellow applied.
All varnishes, top deck coat and bottom paints are from the major well known suppliers from the last many decades.
All paint supplies, varnishes and bottom paints leftover and any new supplies will go to the new owners.The boat will need two new batteries.
The boat comes with a nice cover.
Many pictures are available of before, during and after of the hull, topside , floor and brite work restoration.
I am no longer able to use a nearby lake so it is time to sell.
This boat also includes two bimini tops Blue in color One is older One is about 8 years old Both in very good condition Also, the rear seating area will be reinstalled.
Deck hatch has one more coat of topside paint and will be installed.
Boat comes with 2 new battery boxes and a new dual battery switch.
Penn Yan original Badging won't be installed.
New owner might like to have them rechromed.
